I'm paranoid enough, thank you very much! I don't need ANY MORE deep thinking questions!
You would have to ingest the blood. You can't catch anything unless it gets inside of you. And blood doesn't "die." That's why there is DNA?
Hpv and genital warts are not transmitted that way. There is a reason they are called sexually transmitted diseases. Casual contact doesn't spread them. That includes kissign, drinking or eating after them, hugging, etc.
RN - I am aware that diseases are spread by bloood as well. However this person is asking about a minisucule misroscopic amoutn of blood that not only would have to hit you would have to enter into an open cut on your body.hence not by casual contact.
I think as long as the virus is not air born, you don't have to worry about getting it. Just don't french kiss the person.
no you wont get sick from that. the blood has to get into your system for that to happen. now if that hit an open wound then you might want to go to a dr. but i doubt that you would have a problem.
no fears..
If the person had an open cut on their hand where the blood landed, then yes...they are at risk...BUT, it is a really really R E A L L Y small risk.
UPDATE:
Genital warts is passed as a sexually transmitted disease. But HPV, the VIRUS that causes ANY TYPE OF warts lives IN THE BLOOD. Just like HIV lives in the blood. If infected blood finds its way into your own blood through a cut, an open sore, a skin tear, a needle stick, or through anal/vaginal sex then you are at risk.
