Peanut allergy?

Question:
I sit possible to develop peanut allergy later in life?
or example I never had peanut allergy before. I am 26 now and lately i have been noticing that i had some breathlessness and a weird feeling in my throat both the times i had peanut containing food?

Answers:
Yes you can! You definitely should be tested for it. Go see an allergist and they can help you out. Especially if you have a sense of breathlessness..if it is a peanut allergy it can actually get worse with every exposure. This means if you are already feeling breathless, the next time could really be no breath..if you have an allergy they will give you the stuff for it...
Yes!! You can develop allergies later in life, the more you are exposed to something. You should make an appt with an allergist asap and get tested.
I think that you can develop food allergies as you get older. My cousin got severe seafood and chicken allergy when she had her first baby and 9 years later its still there. best to know for sure is to have a skin allergy test this is so you'll know if you have developed new allergies. Also, check your stress level and diet, it could be something else.
