I was woundering can some one catch some thing from using a nothers persons body sponge.?

my room mate is a male and ive notice a pub hair on it. i ask my fionse if it was his he said no. can some one catch sonthing if so like what?

ringworm, conjunctivitis,staph, carbunculosis, amongst other things.and with pubes in it, you already know where it has been. Ew. oh, that reminds me, pubic lice as well.

Ew - you have no idea where that body sponge has been.

only if that person has skin infections caused by bacteria - and if they wash their gentals and then you wash yours - i wouldnt unless you know they dont have any infections on skin or sti's - also if they have open cuts or abrasions on skin - the blood particules could get trapped in the sponge and then when you wash you could be spreading those particuls on you - if you have open cuts or abrasions then youll be in trouble - yes you could catch something
just like you can catch foot fungal from public showers - i always wear thongs in those - yuck!
