Back around 2001 or 2002 I had back surgery or spinal surgery shortly after I developed Type 2 diabeties?

I deveveloped type 2 diabeties shortly after having the fusion of 2 discs in my low back my weight grew to 172lbs and I'm 5'9" Could the 2 blood trasnsfusionsions trigger or carry the diabeties? I'm down to 155 lbs now about 150lbs is my normal weight. All sorts of wierd things went wrong after that surgery. The diabeties was the worse. I know they filter the blood pretty much but, it makes you wonder?

I have a pimple problem (please help)?

Answer:
Nah... the diabetes originates on a cellular level or from the pancreas. I'm guessing you are getting of the age that diabetes is more of a threat and coincidentally it came to fruition after your surgery.

Total audible range loss surrounded by one ear-- is near any remedy?

Diabetes takes years to develop... You probably were at risk for diabetes already and the increase in weight and lack of exercise triggered the Diabetes. I don't think it's possible to get it from a blood transfusion as it has to do with insulin production in the pancreas.

I quit smoking and NOW I can't breathe! What is going on?

Diabetes is not an infectious disese. It`s also unrelated to spinal surgery. The stress of a surgery might have made diabetes overt.

I necessitate a obedient sugar substitute lacking using Aspertame?

Chiropractors have this theory that type 2 diabetes can be caused by "impinged" nerves leading from the spine to the pancreas causing miscommunication in the neural network. I don't know if I subscibe to that, though.

As mentioned in earlier posts, it's probably just a coincidence. Type 2 diabetes is a product of (in order of likelyhood) genetic predisposition, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, and weight problems. I've done a lot of research on this and it seems that certain fats, not sugar, are what lead to diabetes if you have the genes
