Question:
i have noticed these little white bumps under my 'sausage' part of the penis...im 15 and haven't had sex, there not itchy, tender or uncomfortable so i dont think its an STD (i really hope) what i really want to know is what are they and more importantly how can i get rid of them? please serious answers please and preferably people with medical knowledge or who have had the same experience...thanks!

Answers:
They are called pearly penile papules. Nothing to be scared of. Lots of guys have them.
You need to go to the doctor!
sounds like it could be a heat rash
wash dry talcum powder and loose clothing should fix problem
sausage part? wtf?
Ok, if you're fifteen... why are you stupid enough to think this is the place to seek medical help?
woow omg. i think i got the same thing. but to be honest its becuz mine is too big. get some cream from the pharmacy.
Don't know, but it couldn't be an STD unless you've had sex.
If you have never had sex then it cannot be an STD, maybe you should have it looked at by a doc.
i have the same thing and i think its just the pores .really not big deal...unless you have like a ton of them and they are bigger then the size of like a needle tip then go to the doc..but if its what i think.your good to go.
If u have had sex its an std if not u need to go see a doctor ok
It doesnt sound serious, but if your worried go see a doctor, theyre cool to go ask questions!
You may want to see a doctor to be able to find out what they are. Talk with your dad, as he may be able to help you out with this.

Also not to be mean here, but you stated that you have not had sex. Remember that STD's mean sexually transmitted diseases, so that it can not be an std if you have not had sex. They can only be gotten through having sex. So why do you say you hope that its not from a std? Again if you have not had sex, you can not get an std, just so that you know.

You may just have some little cysts, which are harmless little growths. But it would be good it you see your family doctor. Talk with one of your parents, I know that it's seems embarrassing but its better than being worried about your health.

If your dad isn't around and you have no other male family member to speak with. Then say to you mom, Mom I have some little white bumps on my bottom area in the front that I'm some what concerned about, and I'd like to be seen by our doctor can we set up an appointment.

I hope this helps you out with this. Do get seen by your doctor so that your mind will be eased.
Go talk to your doctor - he/she will have seen it all before and is not allowed to tell your parents that you've been. Failing that you can go to a GUM (sexual health) clinic, which will be discreet and usually confidential, and will do you a full screening rather than just treating the obvious outbreak. Good luck!
STD's are transmitted by sexual contact ONLY.
You say that you haven't had sex.
Later, you say that you hope that it isn't a STD.
If you REALLY haven't had sex, then you can't have any STD.
If you have a STD, then you're not being truthful about not having had sex.
