Brown discharge?

I DON'T KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH ME EVERY DAY I HAVE BROWN SPOTS IN MY UNDERWEAR. I COULD TAKE A SHOWER AND 1 TO 2 HOURS LATER ITS BACK THERE AND I CAN'T GET RID OF IT. IT HAS A VERY BAD ODOR AND IT SEEMS LIKE CLUMP DIRT OR SOMETHING. I DID THINK IT WAS BACTERIA VAGINOSIS BUT NOW I DON'T NOW WHAT IT IS.

It sounds like bactierial vaginosis. Go to the doctor and get treated with out prescribed meds it will not go away.

It also sounds like it could be leftovers from your period. I don't know what you'd call that, if there is a name, maybe it's similar to spotting? How long has this been happening? Sometimes it can happen even a couple of weeks after your period is over.

I don't recall that bacterial vaginosis symptoms include a brown discharge, although it is possible. It does have a foul odor, however, but then again so does the spotting thing.

probably dried up blood still in your uterus from your menstrual cycle. Not uncommon

that could be a yeast infection.
