Help is this genital herpes?

my friend said she have a pump near her genital area and she get pain in the abdoman once in a while. she said it's kind of like a cramp. does she have herpes? she said she only has one pump.

When in doubt go to a Dr. It also could be genital warts. Neither one would cause pain in the belly. Get checked left alone gen warts can turn into cancer.
