The other day i was outside in some bushes and got pricked in a good many places now some of the spots are?

really hurting and they are red and puffed up and they look like they still have part of the thorn still in the cut they itch really bad and is so sore i think its spreading to so its probably some kind of poison i just dont know what ive tried to get the black out of it but it just hurts to bad i dont know what to do HEEEELP!!!
