Answers:
Don't use stuff at home, you'll just dry your skin out. See a dermatologist and get an antibiotic like doxycycline.
whut stuff do you haev??
cut them off with a butcher knife.
Wash your face.
toothpaste works, but dont leave it on your face for very long or it will burn your skin.
just don't pick at your face and stay out of the sun okay
Honey. Put it on your face for 10 minutes, then wash it off. It is a natural exfoliant, and it works to remove pimples. There was even recently an article on Yahoo about this
Toothpaste
Toothpaste, dries them out
Use a potato peeler.
toothpaste can work.
when i go 2 the beach the ocean water helps so try salt water!
also wash ur face 2 times a day!
need more details, but basically pop them or i'd go out and buy something.

I've heard put your head in a blender works.
wash your face with a face cloth and warm water, then use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to disinfect your face and kill the bacteria causing the zit.
do it twice a day
Ice helps redness, and baking power mixed with water to make a paste will make a zit less noticeable.
leave the paste on for 10 min.s then rinse
This sounds crazy, but toothpaste helps to take out the redness and dry them up! I have tried it and it works. Just dab some on the area and let it dry. I don't recommend public places after though!
Dial soap is real good
All these answers are flat out dumb.

It's simple babe, You have to ICE your zits for three 15 minute intervals every day.

They should be gone in a jippy!

Be good now!
what i have found out to do best is just not use anything except as hot of water as i can stand it..put it on a rag and dab it on your face ...the heat draws it out of the pores.and before you go to bed put toothepaste lightly on your acne and rinse it off in the morning.and also change your pillow sheets regularly...that helps a lot
Crushing up an aspirin and applying it can be very helpful at times, since a pimple is usually just a sort of inflammation over a small infection.

I've also found a compress of peppermint (i.e. a wet peppermint tea bag), first hot, then quite cold, is very good.

Popping it gets rid of the infection (sometimes( but may cause scarring.
Rubbing alcohol and q tip like you would clean an earing for infection or a cut. This may dry your face so moisturize it, don't touch it and keep it clean.
Have you tried that Proactive product that really works...
Soap and water every day keeps dirt off your face and pours.
Use very little make-up,that can really cause problems...Or visit a Dermatologist. He can fix any thing thats wrong with the skin...Hope this helps ya!
The only thing I have ever found that actually works on spots is acne getaway 101E lotion and sulphur soap (you get it on eBay). It's Chinese and yes I know it sounds like a joke but I'm not kidding.
I know it's not something you have at home but as I said it's the only thing that has ever worked for me.
If you're talking about your face you can make a paste out of ground cinnamin and lemon juice and put it on the zit overnight. Or you can use toothpaste, but if you have sensitive skin, this might damage something. Or you can put honey on the zit and cover it with a band aid[the band aid applies pressure]

If you're talking about your chest or your back, you can use rubbing alcohol to get rid of the zits. Or you can rub vinegar and salt on it. Both remedies take more than one-time-use to get rid of zits and acne.
I know it sounds bad, wetting them with saliva through out the day will get rid of them. You dab your finger tip and put it on them as it they keep drying up. By the next day they will be gone or practically gone.
There are a couple of old fashioned home remedies for pimples. First, keep your skin as clean as you can, wash it a couple times a day with soap and water (don't scrub, this irritates pimples) and rinse well with cool water. A final rinse of salt water will also help dry it up.

If you have a zit right now, put a little toothpaste on it before you go to bed. That may take it down a bit.

A couple of times a week, you can make masks out of stuff from the kitchen. An egg white, beaten slightly and applied to the nose, chin, forehead, neck and cheeks will dry in about 10-15 minutes, then just wash it off. Follow with a really good rinse again, and some more salt water. If your hair needs conditioning, you can use the raw yolk for that, but its a mess getting it out. You have to wash with almost cold water and shampoo so you don't end up with scrambled eggs in your hair.

Investing in a tube of Clearasil is definitely worth it. For a couple of bucks, you can target the zits.
I got through my teenage years with Ivory soap bars, witch hazel as astringent (cheap toner), and egg white masks, oatmeal masks, and steaming open pores with hot water, fresh peppermint leaves or a herbal teabag in the sink, a towel over my head, then cleaning with toner. I only had one big pimple in my entire teenage life. (Should go back to that, I have worse skin now using the commercial stuff!)
