Are there std's that cause you to not have your menstrual cycle?

I had my tubes tied and i am not pregnant. But I havent had my period in about 4 months. I was wandering why this might be, they were always regular before. So I wander if it might be an std?
Does anyone know what might be wrong or have a website with good info on this?

yes an std can interrupt your mantrual cycle...it can make it stop all together or make it worse and very painful...get a checkup
