What is the best treatment for real dry, real flaky scalp?


Question:
My scalp really dries out and flakes. I use head and shoulders but that does not help. I also tried not washing my hair but twice a week and that didn't help much either.

vinegar, dandfuff shampoo, try a little bit of everything in your fridge, haha
Vinegar. Leave it on for a while then wash your hair.
