The problem may not be cleanliness the problem could be that you are not getting enough water, and maybe exercise. Water and exercise makes it easier to go and you go more often. But if you are a little dehydrated then it could be difficult to go. If you have to strain you could tear some skin back there. If you go everyday, your skin doesn't have a chance to heal all the way and you will feel an itchy sensation. The key is to get some stool softener suppositories. The are over the counter.

There was a really good answer in this question "My butt itches and smells all the time...?" go check it out. As my personal answer, here is what you can do:
1. First, wax it. It will hurt but if your butt have the tendency to smell really bad this will help maintain more clean.
2. Use baby wipes every time you go to the bathroom to make #2. (first clean with toilet paper and then baby wipe)
3. Shower minimum twice a day and after drying your butt use baby powder. This will help with the itching and odor.
This is the ultimate butt cleaning :-D so I hope it works!
clean it with more than just toilet tissue, use baby wipes. you may be leaving a little smear behind that you cannot see and this will cause itching and irritation.
