I am feeling really sick....? I have a headache, my left hand is numb and My stomach hurts (like barfish)?

you should go to the doc. or hit the emergency, numbness is not normally associated with a fever or a flu, I mean do you even have a fever? Look numbness is serious so go get checked out.
