The symptoms that you describe resemble a condition called lordosis. Lordosis treatment is rarely necessary, except in painful lordotic curves. Lordosis is an exaggerated inward curve in the spine. It is most common in the lumbar region, but can also occur in the cervical area. This condition is sometimes called swayback, saddle back, or hollow back, especially when it affects the lumbar area. Normally, Lordosis does not cause any pain or symptoms. There is not normally a connection between ADHD and lordosis. The term attention deficit is misleading because, in general, the current predominating theories suggest that persons with ADHD actually have difficulty regulating their attention; inhibiting their attention to non-relevant stimuli, and/or focusing too intensely on specific stimuli to the exclusion of what is relevant. In one sense, rather than too little attention, many persons with ADHD pay too much attention to too many things, leading them to have little focus. Hyperactive symptoms may decrease with age because of developmental trends toward self-control. However, persons with ADHD developmentally mature later than the average population. Inattentive symptoms do not appear to have a similar developmental advantage and tend to remain constant into adulthood.
However, I expect that you are already aware of this, I will add two links, one for Lordosis and one for ADHD.
