How do I get rid of red bumpy spots on my bum?

Question:
They've been there ever since I got a job sitting down. Is it lack of circulation?

Answers:
They are usually caused by a combination of things, but mostly sweat starts clogging up the pores and causes the irritation - this is made worse if you are sat down for long periods of time or if you have manmade fabrics on like polyester etc.

Apart from wearing cotton whenever possible and trying not to sit down for too long, which isn't great for you anyway, there is one thing that really helps....it's called BUFFY THE BACKSIDE SLAYER.and it's really great!!

Honestly, it works wonders! It's an exfoliation bar which is made up of oils and grains to scrub and then moisturize and it really really works! You'll have a smooth bum in no time! They are sold by Lush Cosmetics, see the link below.

I've tried others and none work as well as this one but you'll find that most exfoliating bars do really help.so whatever one you can find I am sure will improve it :-)

I'd stick with Buffy though. ;-)))
Its cos your sat down, something to do with your hair folicles or summet.
It's more likely caused by sweat from sitting so much. Not enough so you feel the sweat, but enough to irritate the skin.

Have a friend put some baby powder or talcum on your bum before work, and see if that helps.
Sweaty but cheeks from sitting on it all day. Try to wear cotton clothing and if your chair is plastic or somr type of synthetic material then get a cotton cover for it. Try to walk around at lunch time or any other break.
Gently stroke your Buttocks in Public. Maybe in a que at the Supermarket or Bank.. That should help.
Or Sew a Cotton Wool holder in your Pants to remind you not to sit down.
when u grow up and stop calling ur butt a "bum".
Try using aniti-bacterial soap which will get rid of them, but try to avoid sitting down so much, get up and move around a bit.
go to lush and buy some exfoliation soap especially for your bottom. They make a exfoliation bar called Buffy.

Ask them in the shop or check online.
use corn starch, it prevents sweating and when you sit down your reart sweats. whether you feel it or not. but the corn startch works, have used it for years, my butt is smooth and bump free now.
Red spots will disappear if painted a different colour.
I think your best net is too shower as often as possible, after that put corn starch on your "bum" and add some NEOSPORINE up there if they look kind of bruise like!!!
First off BUM is British for butt and you will have to forgive all of us on this side of the pond that do not know that. Make sure you dry yourself after bathing and apply a good talc.
Sit on a bead mat to allow air to circulate. Get up often and exercise by clenching each cheek seperately for 5 mins every hour.
Get up and walk around more often!!
It mostly to do with sweat build up and lack or proper circulation of blood...try using some talcum or baby powder often and don't sit down for too long..walk about have atleast 5 minutes break each hour of you sitting down...and when you het time and home you should massage your skin it aids circulation of blood..wear cotton and light material clothes so it allows your skin to breath a little more better.if it still bugs you just see a doctor and get some professional advice as to what you could do.
