Question:
I have a severe headache (mainly on the right side of my head behind my eyes), I'm very nauseated (to the point of vomiting), and slightly dizzy. These symptoms have been occuring more frequently lately and I don't know what to do about it.. I've tried ibuprofin, acetaminophine, laying down with a cold rag on my head, etc. and none of that seems to work. I think I may be developing (or have developed) an allergy to dairy products- could this be a result of an allergic reaction to dairy? if not, any other ideas or advice? (p.s., i'm NOT pregnant!)
Answers:
It sounds like migraine symptoms. Try off the counter migraine medication they work usually really well. Really don't think it's allergies. But a doctor will determine that.
My first question to you is, when are you getting the headaches? If it's first thing in the morning (to the point of waking you up) then maybe you should see a doctor.
