How much are medical tags?

Many places can engrave a small tag to wear on a chain. They start at a few dollars.
Wal-mart has some that would work in the jewellry department.

I have one on both wrist. Ones for Coumadin (a blood thinner). Tags like these can cost as little as $5. On my other wrist has a more detailed tag (Organ donor, contact information, allergy IVP DYE). That one I think cost almost $20. Hope this helped. They can be bought online and some pharmacies have them.
You can buy them at your local pharmacies.
They really vary. You can get them almost anywhere esp. pharmacies, Walmart and places like that. I also am sending you a couple of links to some that are not so plain and traditional but are really nice and original.
