Ear surgury/arrythmea :'[ HELP?

Question:
my friend alyssa is going to have the ear surgury, because her ears stick out. i am worried because she has tacky or cardic Arrythmea, something like that. her doctor said its a condition. will the surgury affect her and will she have arrythmean during it? does anesthesia or pain killers have anything that will cause arrythmea?
AND ANOTHER QUESTION
her doctor said that her arrythmea condition will someday go away. she already had it for 3 years. how long until it goes away? she is 13 years old. does it have something to do with growth hormones?

Answers:
Any type of surgery that requires anaesthesia has risks involved but problems are very rare. Her heart condition is minor and it simply means her heartbeats are not always the same her heart may beat faster one minute and slower the next then normal etc. she is still growing and so is her heart muscle so it may disappear when her heart muscles are fully developed and stronger.
As long as the doctors performing the surgery are aware of her condition I wouldn't worry, the surgery will be non-invasive and there is less strain on the heart also. and the procedure will not take long either so they will give her a light sedative that will wear off quickly and since she is not having surgery on any internal organs the medication that paralyses her will not be used. and growth hormones has nothing to do with her heart it's
