Sometimes, when I squint and look up at the sun, it makes me sneeze. Give it a try and see if works for you too.
i know this sounds really weird, but if i have a sharp pain on my face, it makes me sneeze. try pinching your cheek, it might work.

you could try sucking on a srtong mint or chewing on strong minty gum, those always seem to make me sneeze!

I actually agree with Jean F above. It sounds really weird, but I ALWAYS sneeze without fail when I pluck my eyebrows. It must be a sinus-nerve thing. I'm not sure.
However, I would just try a nasal decongestant to help you. If you can't get out the mucus with just blowing your nose, it may not be ready to come out. Look into medicines like Sudafed, DayQuil, etc.
And of course, vitamin c (tablets, or ener-c), lots of water and rest will help it go away in time.
You know what works for me is pushing on the corner of my eye near my nose( you know where eye dirt collects at night) ...makes me sneeze every time! When I have itchy eyes from allergies I can never stop sneezing!
A better option than sneezing for you problem may be to use a saline nasal spray - available over the counter.

I usually insert safety pin/ ear bud into my nose and tickle it . I immeditely sneeze. This I do when I have nasal congestant. I swear I get immediate relief.
