I have ontercourse and oral with the girl. The problem is that on the 2/3rd of lengt of my penis torwards my body, I had a small 1mm red dot. There was no bleeding. I have used condom but it was almost enought to cover the spot. After intercourse, I put little alcohol on it, check if burning.is sore. It was not..so it was not open. Is there any chance of getting some kind of deseise?

I would say you're safe but watch the area carefully and check with your doctor if you notice any signs of infection like redness around the site, soreness, discharge or if you develop a fever. And most important...don't use rubbing alcohol on the area since that will dry out your skin and actually increase the chance of infection. Good luck.
The condom should have covered full length of your penis, be careful next time. At present nothing can be said. Just wait and watch for any developments.
