Question:
so I kinda have a lot of acne....
I've tried a lot of stuff to get rid of it.
but none of it really works..
does anyone know of anything that can get rid of ALL my acne in 1 week?
(before school starts)
PLEASE let it come from YOUR experience.

To get completely rid of it in a week is unreasonable...but to greatly reduce redness...definitely go with acnefree, they sell it at walgreens and they even have an extreme version out now. Definitely worth a shot for the $20
Aww I'm right there with ya hun but no one sees that much of my acne cuz I cover it with concealer and foundation every day. Since honestly nothings gonna cure it in a week, you should try covering it with a non pore clogging concealer so you wont be self conscious. But to cure it, you gotta see a dermatologist. I'm serious, they can prescribe you something like differin or benzaclin and they work quickly. The stuff in the drug store is crap. But about the mean boys, ignore them! Theyre stupid.
Jan Marini, you can buy it at hair salons and it works great... just do as instructed and it will really help you alot, i bought it and its simple to use. only 2 steps clean and treat. its about 60$ for both bottles but it truly works! its even better than proactive.
AcneFree works really well. I used to have bad acne but I used it and my acne went away the next day! It's a bit annoying because it's a four-step process, but it's totally worth it. My face is completely clear now, and it's only been two days. You can get it at Wal-mart, Publix, Walgreens, or some other store that I'm forgetting. But anyways, trust me, this stuff is a miracle! But, also use Clean and Clear as a face cleanser in the shower. AcneFree is for after your shower. (Oh, and if your acne doesn't go in a week, use Neutrogena concealer. It clears your skin while you wear it and it doesn't clog your pores.)
I used black soap and Shea Butter. You can order it online or a natural food store. Also, don't touch your face with your hands. It spreads the bacteria around and the problem just gets worse. Same with using the same washcloth. Wash your hands and lather your face with black soap. Rinse and do it again. Moisturize immediately with African Shea butter to heal the acne marks. If it persists, you may need to see a dermatologist.
I have had friends who used proactive and it worked wonders for them. I have mild acne i wash Neutrogena pore refining cleanser morning and night. This has helped. I am not sure if it will help in a week. When I am tired at night or just lazy i will use Biore face wipes to clean my face instead. I would also recommend physicans formula cover up and powder. This is a heavy make-up that covers acne and it hasn't made my face worse. I have been using for years.

now,for this u need to avoid junk foods,drink lots of water an also applying sandalwood powder helps a lot..

The products you are using, are they salycic acid or benzolyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Almost all washes have it. They try finding a face lotion with it in it. Clean and clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face. I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working!
Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! Salysic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying fo rme! Good luck

you're not going to be able to get rid of your acne in one week, but i would suggest this:
i use neutrogena oil free acne wash, and it seems to work very well! i use it once at night, and then in the morning i use a toner and a moisturizer. at first the oil free acne wash dried out my face and it was irritating and red, but i think it was just because i was using it too often.
now my acne is almost all gone, and i only have small pimples. however this has taken me a good three weeks, so i wouldn't count on this helping you right away. however if you don't mind waiting a while, i'd suggest you do this!
also, for big pimples and for a quick way to make them disappear, try dabbing a bit of toothpaste on them at night. there's an ingredient in toothpaste (i think it's like, benzyle or something) that helps eliminate acne so that should help a little.
another good tip is to sleep with your hair tied back and away from your face, so put your hair in a ponytail/bun, and i always use a headband to push my bangs away from my face, which eliminates grease and oils from my hair going onto my face (which just causes more acne).

in the past week i have ysed natures cure 2 part acne treatment and biore pore unclogging scrub. and most of bad pimples are gone. so maybe you can try that.

I have something will will make your acne BETTER in two days!! It won't be gone in a week (that's unreasonable) but this will be cheaper and better than any other product.. and it doesn't sting!!
