Could I be lactose intolerant?

Question:
To check, I decided to avoid milk products like icecream, coffee, tea etc.

Each morning my stomach feels really different, or empty? Not quite a feeling I had before, but it feels good. Could I be lactose intolerant?

How else can I tell?

Answers:
Easy to answer -- if after you drink milk or eat ice cream, your stomach either feels bloated, you have nausea, you get gassy, or diarrhea, then you are lactose intolerant ! You can try Lactaid milk to see if it's better, or take Lactaid pills to prevent the symptoms.
hmmm...usually if you're lactose intolerant you get gas and coughing problems.
My mom is lactose intolerant but she still eats ice-cream. (just not a lot of it) If she has too many milk products, her stomach starts to hurt really bad and then she throws up.
