I have cold symptoms and severe headache caused by detoxification and want to know how long it will last?

I've been on a detox diet for a week now and i heard the symptoms of detoxification are bad, but mine are real uncomfortable. i want to know how long to expect these symptoms for.

Good luck with your detoxification. It will last as long as you have anything in your system. It usually takes a few weeks to be really cleansed. Hang in there. It will get better.
