I have puffiness like its swollen around my eyes and now it itches?

You have allergies, most likely...Take Tylenol Allergy & Sinus, or Benadryl.
Did you eat something, wear a new soap, perfume -
clothes?
Take a benedryl if you can - even a half if you have to function and place a cold compress on your eyes on 10 off 20 repeat.
Go back and see if you slept on a feather pillow, dirty pillow, came in contact with anything new -
Call your MD if it gets worse -
