Do skin grafts on the hand appear normal after they've healed?

Question:
A friend of mine burnt her hand badly and needed a skin graft. shes concerned about it healing and appearing normal. What is the possibility that her hand will appear normal after it has healed?

Answers:
If there is no infection, and she is healthy otherwise the skin graft should take well. Glycerin and vitamin E will help with any scarring.
her hand will appear pretty much normal. she may see the difference in shade of skin color, and the area where the hair follicles once were will have little holes until completly healed. i know that most scars can be visible and others will see them, but she should be grateful for what she does have and how lucky she is it didnt spread over her body. one day she'll realize this, good luck.
