Answers:
Could be.Try fat free milk instead.Thats what I had to drink. Not whole milk.I had the same problem.I'd get so sick I'd almost 'spew'.Sometimes I'd wished I did.So I went to fat free and no more problems.
you could try the lactose milk or soy.some people like goats milk also.
It may be just milk that you are allergic to or having a sensitivity to. You can also try consuming diary related products and see if you get the same effect.

I could write a really long answer to this one. My son had a spat with milk product when he was an infant. It wasn't lactose intolerance, it was an issue with the yeast your body produces to help break down food as it travels down to your stomach. Long story short, his body was producing too much when he drank milk products, therefore causing possible bellyaches (he was too young to ask) and most definitely, major constipation.
We stopped giving him milk, but gave him yogurt (which has active yeast cultures) instead. This way, he could still get his calcium intake and wow, what a change. He liked it, the constipation and aggravation went away. As an adult, he can now eat dairy, but just not too much, too many days in a row.

I am not familiar with symptoms of lactose intolerance, so if you don't seek a physicians advice, I would try the yogurt. If that bothers you, then I'd say you probably have a milk allergy or lactose issue. Good luck.
Looks as though you are simply intolerant to lactose!! Either try drinking really really low fat or no fat milk or simply eliminate dairy, milk, yoghurt, icecream but apparently us lactose intolerants can tolerate cheese cos it is sooooo low i lactose!! Eat more foods rich in calcium too - sardines, tuna, salmon, broccolli, kale, spinach.... :0)
