Are echo results related to height and weight?

Question:
A patient asked me this question today. Her study showed that her height was 24" and her weight was 60 pounds. She is 61" and 115 pounds. She wondered if the results of an echocardiogram are in any way based on these values. I thought that any flow or valve patency issues would not be, but I don't know about chamber size or wall thickness.

Are there any experts out there who can shed some light on this for us?

Thanks for the help.

Answers:
Hi Dr. Sam, I am not expert, but I recently read some information about this in the Framingham Heart Study posted by the American Heart Association. It may or may not be what you are looking for, but trying to help.
