Question:
Maybe once every month or two, I wake up feeling like I'm allergic to everything. I sneeze in like.. chains, sometimes like more than 7 sneezes at a time, and this lasts for hours and hours. Eventually I start to feel tired and weak and feel like I need sugar or I'll faint. This doesn't happen often so I'm not too worried about it, but what's going on? Allerga and stuff only works some of the time, and only for a short period of time, like one hour. On more than one occasion, actually, eating a few high-sugar foods /did/ help, and took all the allergies away. When I feel like this, should I eat sugar like my body tells me to?

well you should probably do what your body ask because it wouldn't be doing it for no reason but you could always ask your doctor, if you have one, for advice
