Why am I always hungry?

Question:
I've been on the pill for a while now, and at first it did make me very hungry all the time. Yet recently, this has gotton a lot worse and I am CONSTANTLY hungry. This doesnt seem to be an effect of the pill, I think it may be something else.

Does anyone know what it might me? Also, can anyone suggest ways I can make myself less hungry?

I'm putting on loads of weight, yet can't ignore the feeling because it makes me feel so tired and weak.

Answers:
Try to snack on fruit and raw veg (crudites etc.). Drink LOTS of water that will help to make you feel full. Any more or serious problems, contact your Dr - perhaps you need to take a different pill?
some ppl confuse hunger w/boredom
are you drinking enough water, thirst feel like hunger before you actaully get the 'thirsty' feelign in your mouth (in fact this feeling is one of the first symptoms of dehydration)

try drinking lots and lots of water, will fill your stomach adn should stop the hunger
Does diabetes run in your family? That is a common reason for excessive hunger and thirst.
You must contact a physician before it goes out of control. Meanwhile avoid taking much fat and carbohydrate. try to take fruits of vegetable salads when you are hungry other than the normal meal. But physician is a must remember.
i wpuld say see your GP, in the meantime try eating carbs food like bread pasta rice apples etc as they are slow realesing food therefore you have more eneryg and in theory wont have to eat as often as you wont feel hungry but i would see the GP to make sure its not anything serious. i know someone with these symptoms, dont want to panick you but you may have a serious eating condition (parder willis syndrome). like i said check with your GP

hope i helped, sorry if i didnt
First call should be your GP. It may help to be referred to a dietician.
I too concur with....diabetes symptoms. Check your sugar level of blood - both fasting and post prandial (after food). You have not indicated your age.
The first thing I'd do is take a pregnancy test. The pill isn't 100% effective and that's exactly how I felt when I was pregnant.
I had that same problem, perhaps change your pill? Or try another contraceptive, like The coil, or injection. In the meantime, fill up with water and dried fruit between meals.
