Please help Sunblock/holidays for children?

Question:
I am going on Holiday to Ibiza, my little boy is 6, apparenly it's 93 at the moment.
I have factor 50+ suncreen, is this the highest you can get? and obvioulsy hats etc.
I am worried it will be to hot for him to go out in the sun, am I over worrying?
Thanks, any advice appreciated.

Answers:
it's not the temp that burns skin, it's Sun Rays! i've seen up to 70, we used to lather up our daughter with the Waterproof, sweatproof one for kids, worked well, hit it at least every 1-2 hours, you can burn in the shade or on a cool day so don't go without sunblock!
Just make sure the sunscreen protects against UVA and UVB rays. And reapply all the time. Religiously. And drinka lot of water to avoid heat stroke and dehydration. Have a great trip.
