There is NO cure for herpes, but there are medications to help suppress the virus and to help heal the sores that the virus causes.

Such as L-Lysine *skin healing properties* , St. Johns Wort *natural stress reliever /anti-depressant* .. I have suffered from HSV-2 for 10+ yrs and am allergic to the Rx meds , i work in a doctors office and he is the one who turned me onto the herbal remedies . While it doesn't cure it . It lessens the frequency of the outbreaks , and the symptoms that go along with it .. as well as the L-Lysine has kept scarring to a minimum .
