basicaly if you don't clean them they all get infected. However, ones like your ear, eye brow, nose, tongue...are least likely. Ones like your belly button or nipples are more likely to get infected because you cover them up, sweat in those areas, and things { clothing mainly =}} rub and touch the area. So yea.. =}
