Answers:
At any clinic. However, a doctor has to order the test. Or you can go to your local county health department.
You need a blood test, not a urine test. Go to your local health dept.
If someone tell you they can test your urine for HIV, run from them. It requires a blood sample. Most major cities have free clinics that provide this service--usually a county health department/county clinic. You should have your results by the next day.
Im not really sure about urin, but you can be tested free of charge at your local health department.
You can be tested for HIV using urine;however, the it is not as accurate as a blood test or oral swab. You would have to been infected with HIV for a minute to have it show in your urine. So I suggest getting a blood test or the oral swab.
