The benzol peroxide will temporarily bleach your skin. The colour will come back in a short amount of time, but not immediately and not from using moisturizers. I'd avoid getting it on your skin if I were you.
You're skin is an organ and it absorbs everything you put on it, into your system. That's how drug patches work. Peroxide is not really a very good chemical to have in your system, and while they may use it to whiten your teeth and lighten your hair, your teeth and hair are not as porous and absorbable as you skin. Please be careful.

I dont damn know-why dont you try it
if the product is drying white on your skin, you are using too much. wait a minute or two before applying moisturizer, but no it does not make the medication come off, it is absorbed into your skin.
