Could having a sunblock with too high an SPF damage your skin? How?

Question:

Answers:
No. It is far better for your skin. Check the label that it both provides protection against UVA and UVB rays. If you have sensitive skin in particular then you should opt for the highest SPF. Lotions for babies tend to be SPF30 or SPF50. For adults it tends to be SPF30 for a sunblock effect. Also make sure you buy a sunblock stick for your lips and you can also rub this on the bridge of your nose if it tends to burn easily. Or you can find a sunblock stick for extra sensitive areas such as the bridge of your nose.

High SPF is better. It is better to stay safe and reduce the skin cancer risk and long term damage to the skin.

Best wishes.
