Red circles in plam and feet.?


Question:
Can any one tell me why i get those red circles in plam and feet. if i touch them it pains like hell. they often come and stays for 2 to 3 days. why this is happening to me.
i also feel pain in my joins when i get this type of circles.
Please help me if you know what is this.

well i think i have the same thing on my palms like sometimes it would hurt and it hurts when i put my palm flat on the table or something. and it happens every now and then. what i do is i take hot showers and just massage it... maybe you have stigmata?
You might have to see a food doctor I have had that before and they need to be removed with laser.
You need to be checked for ring worm
