Can a tranplated organ (like a heart) be re-transplanted in another individual?!?

Question:
Example: A heart is transplanted into a patient, successfully... 1 year later passes. The patient gets into a car accident and dies but let's say the heart is still good... can that heart be transplanted again w/ another person?!

Answers:
the answer is yes. i know this because i have done this. i had a patient receive a heart transplant, had a stroke during the recovery from surgery and died from another stroke 2 months later. we took that heart out and transplanted it into another patient. its called a domino in the transplant field
Yes it can but will be very delicate because it has been transported so much. Although not advised but possible.
possible but not advisable. if it is retransplanted, there would be more chances and risks of organ rejection.
Yes it can. But the chance of organ failure is heightened.
Chances are the doctor will not use it for specific reasons.
why not?
