Question:
The lump isn't on top of the skin , but its kinda black on the top of the lump. I have also been discharging quite a bit, but I just thought it was nothing. The discharge has no smell , but will rarely come out kind of yellowish. And also my lymph nodes on my neck has been very tender. I only remember peeing once and feeling a slight burn but just passed it off because i had just taken a shower previous to that , and thought i had probably scrubbed to hard and the soap was just causing it. Im praying to God it's not an STD or anything , but from ive been reading it might. But im just wondering is there any other reason why I would be having these symptoms?? Or im basically screwed? Thanks

LMAO no dear, just because you have swollen lymph nodes or a lump on your (according to Borat) vaj-een or discharge does not mean you have HIV.
It could be an ingrown hair (if you shave with a razor blade) or maybe even an abscess, or accompanied with discharge it could mean anything, but I wouldn't freak myself out with HIV so soon, get the little stuff taken care of, and if to no avail, get tested for HIV, but I doubt it.
Go to doctor.
No one on this site is going to be able to diagnose your "lump" and associated symptoms. Go see a gynecologist and have them look. They can test for STD's also. Good luck
