Try toothpase overnight. As for the acne it's there because of sweat, I have heard of ppl putting deoderant in the spots that sweat like that. I have never tried it but you may want too.

you should try washing face every nite b4 going to bed.
I have a similar problem -- would like to know of a good remedy too.
Try getting cheap laccrosse chinstraps but change them frequently or get two expensive ones and take them off and wash them.if you can't do that try putting a piece of silk or velvet in the strap so your chin won't be irratated and naturally try some acne cream.
Apply toothpaste overnight
wash your chinstrap after every use in soap and how water. a lil 15 bleach addition wouldn't hurt either.
in the mean time - treat the area with an OTC acne medication containing 10% benzol peroxide.
