Anaphylaxis is a life-threatening reaction whereby your throat swells up and starts to close choking you, unless you have the proper medication to stop it in its tracks (epihephrine - similar to adrenoline).
If someone is going to all that trouble to basically kill themselves, I'd really have to ask "Why?"
