Why do I always wake up with a congested nose and sore/dry throat after using the fan for 8 hours?

Question:
Is there anything I can do to not get that

Answers:
Your ENT doctor will help you. you are developing allergy.
keep fan clean & sleep a little away from fan
Don't focus the fan straight on you..try rotating it..
You probably need to clean your fans more often they can get dust on top and cause allergies.
Maybe there's a lot of dust around the room and the fan is blowing it on you. Try dusting the place off. Or maybe also get one of those air cleaners..
It's possible your fan might have dust built up, which you could be allergic to. All your symptoms sounds like allergies. I suggest you talk to your doctor about it, or at least buy a new fan and see what happens to see if your reaction is continuing.
Well the fan can just blow allergens around. Find yourself an air purifier. They cycle the air in a room through a filter (or more) that traps things like animal hair, dust, pollens and mold.

Try taking a benadryl before you go to bed. Also, I love those breathe right nasal strips. they will help open your nasal passages. One more things. Get a room humidifier. That will help with the dry sore throat. It all works for me.
