Vaginal bumps...what are they??

Question:
i have vaginal bumps only around my cervical area. I don't have any near or around the lips of my vagina. I do shave so i think they are razor bumps. I'm 16 and I was raped when I was 12, but i just started getting these bumps about 3 years ago ( around the same time i shared to shave). I'm scared because I never told my mom that I was raped so i don't know how to tell her about the bumps or why i need to go to the doctors... please help if you can.

Answers:
first of all ur cervix is way up inside u. but, tiny white bumps on the inside of the labia is normal. if they are around the opening only, they might be warts. be safe and go to the doctor. goodluck.
I am no doctor, and I definitely think its time for you to go and see one. You don't have to tell you mom exactly why you are going. Its probably time for you to start having annual exams anyway, so you could ask the doctor during the exam. Make sure and tell the doctor your entire history - they may want to run some tests. Anything you tell your doctor is confidential. Please go and see someone soon, the bumps may be nothing, but at least then you will know that you can stop worrying.
it could be razor bumps but just to be on the safe side make yourself a doctor appt. if you don;t want your mother to know you can always go to a free clinic.

good luck
