Answers:
As long as you aren't in direct contact, she should be fine. It is transmitted through the oils of the plant, which CAN remain on the skin but is unlikely. If it makes her feel better, you could cover it with a big bandage or gauze. Make sure you wash your hands often.
lol as long as shes not rubbing you leg she should be fine
Nope, she has to touch your leg to get it so dont worry, but if you get sent home enjoy your afternoon!
Nope your fine. Unless that woman is touching the aerutian oils of the plant she won't get poison ivy. I'm assuming since you are at work you have already bathed and that most likely will have removed the oils. I say most likely because sometimes they can linger. Either way that coworker shouldn't be touching your leg so you should be fine.

Or, if they want to send you home with pay - tell them it's contagious :p
That womani is a tard!! Check web md and tell your boss you want compinsated
Forget about them but do you feel comfortable? If you start itching and start scratching, there could be problems. So, consult a doctor.
It depends on how sensitive she or anyone else at work is. The typical person can only get poison ivy by actually touching the plant or the affected site or a shared article of clothing. Now, in a household it can spread because of touching an affected towel, handling laundry etc. I'm hyper sensitive to poison ivy and I am sensitive to airborne poison ivy. Never had poison ivy in my life- then after I had my child, I've had poison ivy every summer going on 5 summers. The doc said that the pregnancy altered something in my make-up and I'm just more susceptible now. I can't be around poison ivy at all.
You should keep it covered and everything will be fine. Yes, she does have to come in contact with it, but if it starts itching and you scratch: you then may walk around the office touching stuff, unknowingly spreading it around. If it is covered, there will be no problem or threat of spreading it.
