What kind of worms? Pin worms are spread through feces. It often gets under their fingernails, kids put their fingers in their mouths and there you have it. Sxs are an itchy bottom, red, excoriated rash in the rectal area. The female comes out an night and lays eggs. Sometimes you can see the worms. Also, check the stool, you may see white wriggly things in it. If you do a tape test (scotch tape on under ware) and take to doc. Needs treatment.
Sweets have nothing to do with pin worms.
