Get to a doctor, get tested, get diagnosed, and get treatment.

Here is what a normal person needs to do to lose weight: eat less and exercise more.

Since you are ill, and not normal, you have an extra burden. Here is what you have to do to lose weight: eat less, exercise more, and take a proper dosage of your medication every day, as directed so that your thyroid levels are kept in normal range.
If you have a low thyroid, make sure you take your medication as directed. Follow up with your doctor as directed.

The best way to help loose weight is diet and exersize. Follow a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. Drink lots of fluids. Stay away from alcohol and sodas. Exersize at least 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week.

If your hypothyroidism is not being controlled well, or you still have symptoms, consider seeing an endocrinologist.
Hypothyroidism is a very common condition easily corrected by taking a thyroid replacement pill every day. The dosage depends on how deficient the gland production is.
Hi,

I would recommend you thyromine, Thyromine help me to lose weight after using it 6 months.

you can read more about thyromine here: http://www.thyroid-guide.org/product-rev...
To lose weight while hypothyroid you need to be at the right thyroid levels. On T4, you need the morning TSH around 1.0. On t4/T3 you need the free t4 midrange and the free t3 high in range. If you aren't at these levels weight loss will be almost impossible. You must exercise at least 4 times a week as well.

If you are on T4 and at a morning 1.0 TSH and you still don't feel well, it could be because you are a poor converter of T4 into T3. If you are a poor converter, a medication like Armour will help.

Another thing to have checked is a fasting glucose and fasting insulin. Sometimes the weight from the hypothyroidism causes a condition called insulin resistance. Insulin resistance left untreated either by diet & exercise or med will make weight loss difficult.
