I don't that you can cure a learning disability. I have dyslexia and I went through "eye therapy". They showed my how to look at things in different ways so that it is not as prevalent. Also, over time you learn how to compensate for these problems. What kind of learning disability are you talking about?
Not cured. But someone with a learning disability can learn to compensate.

A learning disability is not a disease so it can not be cured. People with a learning disability can work towards overcoming the hurdles they face due to the disability and lead a fulfilling life. They can work, marry and have children. They can not be cured.
