Ive had mild dysplasia (related to HPV) for 2 years. Will it ever go away on its own?

Yes =) Once you've been diagnosed with HPV it's very important to be vigilant with your follow up appts. HPV is a virus and over time, eating right, getting enough sleep, taking good care of yourself, your body can actually fight off the virus. However, if you don't keep up with your f/u appts, HPV can eventually manifest into cervical cancer. Most patients go see their gyn every 4-6 mths for 2-3 yrs or until they have 3 normal paps in a row. Oh, and if you smoke..stop! Believe it or not smoking increases your risk of cervical cancer. So take good care of yourself and good luck =)
yes..eventually mild dysplasia will go away.
but continue to see your gynecologist.
Maybe, HPV is a virus that is living in the surface cells of your cervix. Your body should continue to fight this infection and hopefully clear it. However, if the virus is not cleared, there is potential for the dysplasia to get worse and eventually lead to cancer. This takes some a while though.
The best thing to do is continue to see your Ob/Gyn and get those pap smears done.
Maybe.
For most women HPV does go away on it's own. Since HPV is a virus though, and there are no cures for viruses, some women will ALWAYS have the virus because they are unable to get rid of it.
