Go to your physician.

You should have a chylmidia/gonnorhea test as well.

Candida does cause itching and discharge usually only when warts are present. I would see your doctor as soon as possible.
See a gynecologist. If you're treating the wrong thing with the wrong medicine, you could be causing more trouble for yourself. Recommend you don't use anything until you see someone so they can correctly dx.
