Mono is transmitted through saliva and blood. If you are a guy, and wanting to give oral sex to a girl, id say dont, because her vaginal tissue can absorb some of your saliva, which can infect her. If you're a girl , you can give oral to a guy if he doesnt have any cuts on his penis, the chances of infection are MUCH smaller. Im not sure its all too safe, though.
oral sex is a no as well, it's almost like a cold or a flu, it's contagious, you shouldn't even be getting close to anybody, let alone kissing or oral sex.
