Can you contact an STD drinking from the same container as someone?
Question:
Answers:
NO. NO NO NO NO. Only Sexual contact..
only herpies and hepetitus
depends on the type of std they have. some are transmitted through blood, some by just contact. if they were bleeding and you drank from the bottle and there was blood on the bottle then yes possibly. their saliva content is entirely not enough. so instance to contract HIV from saliva you would have to drink at least a bucket of it-yuck!
seems you dont know the meaning of STD:
STD is Sexually Transmitted Disease.
so its a disease which can be transmitted only by a sexual intercourse .if a disease can be tranmitted by other means then its not STD .
I tend to believe that we are not informed of everything that is possible. We would be freaked out if we knew what all is possible, and not live a normal life. So I tend to disagree with some of the other answers. I believe it mainly is spread by sexual contact, but certain diseases that are incurable viruses live for a long time on the surface of objects so always use precautions, and it is best not to share any kind of items even with your best friend, sister, mother, brother, father, etc. Many times people don't even realize they have diseases even the people closest to us. My family & friends have no idea or anyone else I know...if they did they'd maybe treat me like a disease. My doctor already treated me that way & made me feel like I can't even go to her so I don't. I still have a lot of unanswered questions that I'm working on myself to discover on-line, but there is a lot I do know. I'm here if anyone needs advice. It's not always your fault when things like this happen because there is: rape, cheaters/liars, misinformation, & not protecting yourself or having a condom break...etc.
